This spring, I spent six weeks at the Al Balad residency in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia working on a project about cultural production and littoral terroirs in the Arabian Peninsula. While I was there, I also ran a series of climate writing workshops and ran an art writing seminar at Hayy Jameel.
